World Book Day

Why not tell a story through the use of yoga?  This approach blends oral storytelling with re-enactments using yoga poses. Oral storytelling synchronizes the mind to the body by allowing it to create original images internally in the body rather than passively consume external images from a book.

Stories come alive as the children explore the plot, characters' feelings and atmosphere through carefully chosen poses that express these elements of the story.
