Mental Health Week

Have you thought of offering a yoga day as part of your Mental Health Week? Transform your hall into a yoga studio for the day and allow each class to experience 30 minutes of movement, mindful awareness of emotions, anxiety release calming techniques, physical yoga fitness and fun!  This workshop runs throughout the day according to your school's timetable insuring that all the year groups have the opportunity to experience some yoga and mindfulness techniques as we explore wellbeing of body and mind.  We encourage the teachers to to join in too - hoping that they will take some tips away to bring into their classrooms each day.
